Child Influencers

Child influencers count as labor and similar requirements for child actors must be applied to child influencers. Child influencers must have documented film sheets similar to a movie or television set so that anyone who asks about a specific day or time period can see the time frames of “on-set” filming which must have signature of influencer and guardian showing they agree with the listed times. Failure to maintain these logs will result in fines from the company and/or guardian depending on the reason or cause for the failure of adherence. Child influencers filming more than a certain number of hours a day/week must have a CPS on site to overwatch the work. (Concerns about older age groups viewing younger influencers, but there are concerns as to enforcements, ie: can't just have an 18 or below button for access.)
