- Concerns and Issues
-Betting on college level competitions should be illegal (specifically in-game prop betting) as this encourages hate and threats against specific players rather than the game as a whole, for things completely out of a college athlete's control.
-It should be illegal to use credit (credit cards) to make bets (ie: can’t link credit card to a bet account/app) as this encourages gambling with money the customer does not have which also leads to increased household credit card debt.
-Restrict VIP programs by requiring companies to check whether gamblers can afford the amounts they are betting. This will also assist in reducing the increased average credit card debt among households.
-Certain gambling sites need to be pressured to disallow the betting on human life. Likewise these sites should be impossible to use for any betting for Federal officers, agents, any political position, or their families or connections less than 2 degrees of seperation. If not, it could easily turn their decisions towards personal gain rather than working for their constituents.
